Description

The TechDraw ExtensionPosObliqueChainDimension tool aligns oblique dimensions to create a chain dimension.

On the right the aligned dimensions

Usage

  1. Select two or more parallel oblique dimensions.
  2. The first dimension defines the position. This dimension will not be moved.
  3. There are several ways to invoke the tool:
    • Press the Align Oblique Chain Dimensions button.
    • Select the TechDraw → Attributes/Modifications → Align Oblique Chain Dimensions option from the menu.
  4. The dimensions are aligned.
