Description
The FEM PostSpreadsheet function creates a table based on data from a selected pipeline or filter.
Example of a table
Usage
- There are several ways to invoke the command:
- Press the
Create Table button.
- Select the Results → Data Visualizations →
Create Table option from the menu.

- The task panel is opened.
- Press the Add data from button, select a pipeline or filter as a data source and one of two types of tables from the drop-down list:
add FieldData - lists values of a selected output variable for all nodes; if the One field for each frame checkbox is enabled, there is a separate column for each frame
add IndexOverFrames - lists values of a selected output variable for a node with a specified index (number) in each frame
- Configure the table:
- Press the middle button by default showing Index to set the output data source and index.
- Press the 3rd button from the left by default showing default text to set the table name.
- Press the rightmost button with X symbol to delete the Table object.
- Press the Show table button to display the table.
- Press the OK button to finish and close the task panel.
