Description
The Assembly CreateJointCylindrical tool creates a cylindrical joint between two selected parts, allowing rotation around a single axis and also a movement along the same axis.
Usage
- Optionally select two geometric entities of two different shapes. Other selections will be rejected.
- There are several ways to invoke the tool:
- Press the
Cylindrical Joint button.
- Select the Assembly →
Cylindrical Joint option from the menu.
- Use the keyboard shortcut: C.
- Press the
- The Joint dialog opens in the task panel listing the pre-selected entities.
