Description

The TechDraw ExtensionVertexAtIntersection tool adds cosmetic vertex(es) at the intersection(s) of selected edges.

On the right two added cosmetic vertices

Usage

  1. Select two edges. Straight edges will be considered as infinite lines, and arcs will be considered as full circles.
  2. There are several ways to invoke the tool:
    • Press the Cosmetic Intersection Vertices button.
    • Select the TechDraw → Centerlines/Threading → Cosmetic Intersection Vertices option from the menu.
  3. A cosmetic vertex is added at each intersection.
