Description

The TechDraw ExtensionThreadHoleSide tool adds a cosmetic thread to the side view of a hole.

Usage

  1. Optionally specify the line attributes with the TechDraw ExtensionSelectLineAttributes tool.
  2. Select two parallel lines.
  3. There are several ways to invoke the tool:
    • Press the Cosmetic Thread Hole Side View button.
    • Select the TechDraw → Centerlines/Threading → Cosmetic Thread Hole Side View option from the menu.
  4. A cosmetic thread is added.
