Description
The BIM Slab tool creates a Slab object, a horizontal structure element, from a planar shape.
Usage
- Optionally select a planar object.
- There are several ways to invoke the tool:
- Press the
Slab button. - Select the 3D/BIM → Slab option from the menu.
- Use the keyboard shortcut: S then B.
- Press the
- If you have not yet selected a planar object: select one (as prompted in the Report view).
- A new Slab object is created and the tool is finished.
- Optionally change some properties in the Property editor.
