Description

The BIM Link command is a shortcut to Std LinkMake, but starts a Draft Move operation immediately after, allowing a link to be created and placed in one go.

Usage

Select an object.
There are several ways to invoke the command:
- Press the Make Link button.
- Select the Modify → Cloning Tools → Make Link option from the menu.
- Use the keyboard shortcut: L then K.
A link is created from the selected object.
The Draft Move command starts automatically.
Click in the 3D View to place the new link.
